No pelvic exam is required at a first visit. Care is tailored to where each patient actually is in their development, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Menopause care at Evolve is different. Dr. Hodges holds the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) designation — one of the most rigorous credentials in the field, and one held by only a handful of gynecologists in Las Vegas.
That expertise means evidence-based, individualized menopause hormone therapy (MHT) — not a hesitant half-measure or a blanket refusal. If hormone therapy is appropriate for you, it will be tailored to your symptoms, history, and goals.

PMOS (Formerly PCOS)
Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome affect menstrual cycles, hormone levels, and long-term metabolic health. Evaluation, diagnosis, and comprehensive management — including cycle regulation, hormonal treatment, prevention and treatment of insulin resistance, and fertility considerations.
Infertility Workup
Initial evaluation for patients having difficulty conceiving — hormonal labs, cycle assessment, pelvic ultrasound, and coordination with reproductive endocrinology specialists when indicated.
Hormone Therapy
Hormonal changes in peri- and post-menopause affect mood, energy, libido, bone density, and cycle regularity. Tailored hormone evaluation and treatment across all life stages — including non-menopausal hormonal concerns.
Breast Care
Clinical breast exams, mammography referrals based on current screening guidelines, and evaluation of breast concerns including lumps, nipple changes, and cyclical breast pain.
