Toni Hodges-Wills, DO, FACOG, MSCP

Adult and Adolescent Gynecology

Dr. Toni Hodges (she/her) is passionate about women's health and truly enjoys getting to know her patients. She was raised in Las Vegas and is committed to giving back to the community. Her areas of special interest are adolescent gynecology, focusing specifically on birth control and reproductive health education, as well as menopause care. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, offering evidence-based menopause care rooted in current standards and individualized treatment planning. She is an advocate for choice, bodily autonomy, and is dedicated to helping her patients acquire the knowledge and confidence to make medical decisions that are right for them. Dr. Hodges works closely with a vast network of physician specialists and believes in a team-based approach to treating gynecologic issues to ensure comprehensive care.

A Las Vegas native, she earned her medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017 and completed her OB/GYN residency at Mountain View Hospital in 2021. She has maintained board certification through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2023. An enthusiastic and dedicated teacher as well as a lifelong learner, she believes that educating the next generation of physicians is essential to providing exceptional care in the Las Vegas Valley. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves gardening, snowboarding, reading, trail-running with her beloved dog, Birdie, and cheering on her children in their many sports and musical pursuits.

Physician Assistant

Kari Rodowick-Sandrini, PA-C

Primary & Preventive Care

Kari (she/her) is our board-certified Physician Assistant with a background in family medicine and primary care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Health Science in 2023, both from Touro University Nevada. Her clinical approach is rooted in comprehensive, patient-centered care, with a strong focus on prevention, longevity, and individualized treatment plans. She enjoys caring for the whole person, not just isolated symptoms, and takes pride in helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their health decisions.


Her experience in rural medicine taught her how to be resourceful, attentive, and deeply present with each patient — skills that translate beautifully into a concierge setting where care should feel both elevated and personal. She values building genuine relationships and creating a space where patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. She also has a background in veterinary medicine and a deep love for animals. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her entire family, including the four-legged ones.

Patient Care Coordinator

Liz (she/her) is our Patient Care Coordinator — and the first friendly voice patients hear. Women's health is important to her because she believes women deserve compassionate, personalized care that addresses not only physical health, but also reproductive health. She has worked in healthcare for 15 years and holds a certificate in business administration — expertise she brings to every patient interaction, ensuring an elevated experience from start to finish.


Outside of her professional life, she values time spent with her family, especially enjoying meaningful moments with her children. Whether gathering for conversations or simply being together, these connections are an important and fulfilling part of her life.

Office Administrator & Lead Medical Assistant

Abril (she/her) is our Office Administrator and Lead Medical Assistant. She has five years’ experience in gynecology — a field she chose because of her genuine passion for women's health. She believes every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in advocating for her own care. Through her role, she strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.


Abril has worked with Dr. Hodges for four years and is an integral part of our patients' care plan. She is the first smile you will see when you visit Evolve Gynecology, and is committed to making sure your experience is positive from the moment you walk through the door until you leave.
